There's a pretty good thread on the Fashion Spot forums at the mo, it catalogues 'The most controversial editorials of the decade' and includes one of my old favourites:

I don't even like Raquel Zimmermann as a model that much, but I gotta admit, girl knows how to flip the bird with style.

The discussion on the thread descends into madness in the later pages, with Mikael Jannson's May 2010 shoot for Interview magazine irking more than a few.

I'm sure some very good arguments for hating the spread are presented on the FS forums but for some reason I am incapable of reading long posts on internet chat sites. As it stands I'll just go on loving it.
